What Ford’s manuals say
Ford’s 2019 Explorer manual gives its torque for nut and bolt threads free of dirt and rust, says to remove any corrosion or dirt from the wheel and hub mounting surfaces, and says to retighten the nuts to the specified torque within 100 miles (160 km) after any wheel disturbance, such as a tire rotation.

Before you tighten
Use a torque wrench set to the value for your model, tighten in a star pattern, and check the manual for anything specific to your wheels. The lug nut guide covers the order and the passes, the torque wrench guide setting and using the wrench, and lug nuts vs wheel bolts which kind each model has.
Questions
Do all Ford models use the same lug nut torque?
No: the models read so far differ, so use the value for your model and year.
Where is it in the owner’s manual?
Usually in the specifications chapter, under tires and wheels, or in the section on changing a flat tire. Each model page here links the exact page.
